Bush damns Mars...
...by not ratifying Kyoto.

Yep, that's right: Mars is suffering from global warming:

And for three Mars summers in a row, deposits of frozen carbon dioxide near Mars' south pole have shrunk from the previous year's size, suggesting a climate change in progress.
Think anyone will propose that maybe something's changing on the Sun, causing warmer temperatures on more than one planet?

Oh, wait... it's been done before.

Did we not send the Mars Rover up there? Our min-SUV must have caused Global Warming on Mars. It's Bush's fault...or as George Galloway would say "Beuuuuch's fault"

I meant to post a comment a few days ago, but I was distracted momentarily by Rita. That's what I get for living in Texas.

Thank you for this. I'm glad to see someone point out the mounting scientific evidence against global warming's current incarnation. Maybe the theory is true; maybe it's not. The version we're bashed with now is certainly false even if the underlying theory is worth study, and here's some scientific proof to show it happens naturally -- and not just on our planet.
